"I was looking at a refinance or loan modification of my second home and was hitting a brick wall with all the new finance regulations that were changing every day. I already had several loans in place and was trying in desperation to have my second home refinanced from 8.5% at that time to a much lower rate, but of course my lender did not want to budge on refinancing because my loan to value ratios where not good enough and they were already getting 8.5% and knew I was credit worthy.
Not only was Banyan Tree Funding able to purchase my existing loan at a discount { from tyrant lenders that did not want to give me the time of day } they also forgave a total of $53,000 on a $382,500 debt which is unheard of today in this economy.
If it were not for Corey and Banyan Tree I would have had to walk away from my dream home and in the process totally ruin my good credit.
I am absolutely indebted to these guy's for all their help and hard work in allowing me to live again.
